PRODUCT SAFETY

All products in this shop are handcrafted by Af design in our workshop located in the Province of Turin, following high standards of quality and safety.

Handcrafted Production and Materials
Each piece of jewelry is conceived, designed, and handmade—from an original sketch to laser cutting, assembly, and finishing.
We use high-quality acrylic, safe for its intended use.
Metal components are made of nickel-free steel, suitable even for sensitive skin (in compliance with Directive 94/27/EC on nickel).
No toxic or hazardous materials to human health are used.

Traceability
All materials are purchased from reliable and traceable suppliers within the European Union.
We keep records of the materials used for each production batch to ensure full transparency.

Warnings
Products are not suitable for children under 36 months: they contain small parts that may be accidentally swallowed or inhaled.
Some items, such as pins and stud earrings, may have sharp parts: handle with care to avoid injury.
If the product falls or suffers impact, it may break; in such cases, fragments or sharp edges could cause minor cuts. Do not use the damaged product.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals to preserve the product’s appearance and durability.

We are committed to monitoring the safety of our products even after purchase.

In the event of a confirmed risk, we will promptly inform affected customers and, if necessary, carry out a voluntary recall in accordance with EU Regulation 2023/988.
