ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
To make purchases on this Website, you may be required to provide personal information, including your full name, telephone number, email address, billing address, and any other requested details.
You represent and warrant that all payment information provided is valid, accurate, and belongs to you.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
ARKYFLY offers products that may be either in stock or made to order.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items placed in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
We ship within Italy and internationally via courier services or national postal services.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES
All items are handmade and produced after the order is placed. Production may take up to 2 weeks.
Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

Outside Europe: 7–20 business days
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders shipped within the European Union are sent on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all applicable taxes and import duties are included in the purchase price.
For orders shipped outside the European Union (DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid), prices displayed on the Website exclude local taxes, customs duties, and import fees.
When your order arrives in the destination country, you may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, and local fees before delivery can be completed. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information whenever available.

ORDER SHIPPING POLICY
All products are handmade to order and may require up to 2 weeks for production.
Orders are normally shipped on the first business day following completion of production.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the package is returned to us, it can be reshipped for an additional fee of €5.00.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.
ARKYFLY is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns and exchanges.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
If your order has already been shipped, you must wait until delivery and then request a return according to our Return Policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless damaged or defective upon arrival, we cannot accept returns for:

Return Conditions
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including the original gift box and all packaging materials. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

To speed up processing, please return all items from the same order in a single shipment whenever possible.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received.
