You can request modifications to any subject, including the type of assembly, size, and color. However, please contact me beforehand to discuss and determine if the changes are feasible.

Each item is designed and produced by me at the time of the order. If you are looking for measurements or dimensions different from those indicated in the description or variants, please contact me. I'll be happy to accommodate any request and produce the item that best suits your needs. This does not apply to outlet products or discounted items.

Plexiglass is a lightweight material that retains its color for a long time. Handle it with care to avoid scratches, and be cautious because it may break if dropped. Although I predominantly use only nickel-free steel, I advise against direct contact with water, lacquer, or perfumes.

The gift packaging is always included. It consists of a rigid box and a handcrafted closure clip made from processing scraps. You can include a personalized message at the time of purchase, which I will place inside the box.

Almost all bijoux are made at the time of the order and may take up to 2 weeks for completion. Regarding ready-made products, such as those in the outlet, order preparation may take up to 1 week. If you need your package urgently, contact me before the purchase to see if it's possible to expedite the process.
