PRODUCTION TIMES

All items are handmade in my studio at the time of order, and it can take up to 2 weeks to prepare them.

FREE SHIPPING (with basic tracking – delivery confirmation):

In Italy over €59, in Europe over €80, worldwide over €150

SHIPPING TIMES

All items are shipped from Italy and delivery takes approximately:

2–5 business days for Italy

5–7 business days for Europe

5–15 business days for the United States

10–15 business days for the rest of the world

A faster shipping option with detailed tracking is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE:

In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, if the package cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender, it can be resent for a €5 fee.

In case of lost packages, refunds will not be issued.
