SHIPPING
All our plexiglass bijoux are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive at your home in perfect condition.
Processing time
Each item is handcrafted at the time of order and may take up to 2 weeks from receipt of payment.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is handed over to the courier, with a link to track your shipment (if available).

We offer several delivery methods to meet your needs.
Shipping is always free for orders over €40.00.
Shipping zones
ITALY: always trackable shipping in 2–4 business days
EUROPE:
• Non-trackable shipping: 1–3 business weeks
• Trackable shipping: 4–7 business days
OUTSIDE EUROPE:
• Non-trackable shipping: 2–5 business weeks
• Trackable shipping: 4–7 business days
Tracking
When your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number (if available for the selected shipping method) to monitor your parcel in real time.
Delivery
The courier delivers to the address provided at checkout.
If you are not available, a delivery notice will be left or a second delivery attempt will be scheduled.
We recommend providing an address where someone is always available to receive the parcel, along with a valid phone number and your email address.
In case of an incorrect address or failed delivery for reasons not attributable to the courier, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Possible delays
During periods of high demand (such as holidays or sales) or due to causes beyond our control, deliveries may experience slight delays.
In any case, we will always be available to update you on the status of your order.
RETURNS
Your complete satisfaction is very important to me!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a written communication to the following email address: info@arkyfly.it, including:
• Order number
• Name and surname
• Product(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional)
You will receive a reply with the instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Product condition
The product must be returned intact, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all components inside.
Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of wear, scratches, or tampering.
⚠️ Attention: Since our plexiglass bijoux are handmade, returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-order items, except in the case of production defects.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
Refund
Once the product has been received and verified, we will issue the refund within 7–10 business days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or incorrect products
In the case of a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, attaching a photo of the product.
We will arrange for a replacement or, if not available, a full refund, including shipping costs.
