14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until it is delivered and then request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Return Conditions
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including the original gift box and all packaging materials. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
