Each product has been designed, cut with the laser and assembled by Arkyfly. The pieces are made at the time of the order, so there could be light differences between the object in the photo and what you will receive, but this is the beauty of the handmade, each piece is unique;)
MATERIALS:
All my products are made of acrylic or colored plexiglass cut with the laser. The slabs can have shades of color slightly different from the photos, and those with marbled, pitonate or multiple colors effects can change according to where the slab is cut. If there are metal elements, they are in nickel free steel. Any chain or beads can differ in the shape or color compared to the photo. For more information or clarifications, write me!
MAINTENANCE:
For perfect maintenance of the jewel, wear it after using perfumes and lacquer for hair and avoid water.
The plexiglass must be treated with care, if falling it could break and in contact with other objects tends to reject.
Personalization:
You can customize your bijoux by changing the type of chain (in the case of necklace, lengthening or shortening it), the type of hook in the case of earrings (for example you can request clips).
You can change the colors, and if for example you see an earring but you want to have the same subject as a key ring, I can do it! Write me a message before purchasing to check if the changes you need are available, I will try to help you in every way;)
Processing and shipping times:
Bijoux are made at the time of the order, and they may want from 1 to 2 weeks for production, before shipment
Always free shipping with Poste Italiane.
Tracking number available only for shipments in Italy.
There is the possibility to request fast and traceable shipping everywhere, for a fee. Contact me for more information

In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, in the event that the package is not delivered and returned to the sender, it can be sent back for a cost of € 5.
In case of loss of the package, no reimbursements will be made.
